Step 1

Once you reach out to onIT Systems, we’ll connect with you to understand your specific needs and goals. During this conversation, we’ll outline the project process, expected timelines, and provide a detailed quote. If you're happy with the proposal, we’ll follow up with a contract to move forward with your website build.
Step 2
First Draft
After the contract is signed and we receive 50% of the project value along with the setup fee, our team will start building the first draft of your website. This draft will incorporate your key requirements and any specific requests discussed earlier. You’ll be given access to review the draft and provide feedback. Any major adjustments will be addressed in the second draft, and if you're satisfied, we’ll proceed with refining details such as content, images, animations, and usability.
Step 3
Second Draft
In the second draft, we’ll finalize the website with all the features and content you’ve requested, ensuring everything is ready for launch. You’ll have another opportunity to review the site and request any minor changes. Once you approve, we’ll collect the remaining balance and make the site live, complete with the correct domain and configurations. We’ll confirm the completion of the project and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Step 4
Ongoing Support
As technology evolves, so do websites. That’s why onIT Systems offers ongoing support to keep your site updated and functioning perfectly. We provide maintenance and updates as needed, and for a small monthly fee (discussed during the quoting phase), we can make additional changes or improvements at your request. Your site will stay up-to-date and ready to grow with your business.

This is typically discussed during quotation, two revisions are included in the price but additional revisions are available for a small fee, if required.

What happens if I don’t have content ready?
We can use stock Wix Media and basic text during the building phases to give you time to prepare.
